The room had convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and a sofa bed, and the staff here were extremely friendly.

Overall had great stay in February of 2018. I was offered a complimentary breakfast with a "coffee to go". The location was exceptionally nice right to the airport. And it was also just next door to Close to attractions, and an early morning flight.

The breakfast was great, and loved that they provided "coffee to go. The room was well-maintained and fairly quiet. Convenient access to a nearby restaurant. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Parking was too far from main entrance. Due to it's location travel into Pgh. (with all the construction) is very difficult.

Hotel's location was particularly good and ideal, to the Double tree restaurant. We appreciated rooms with clean bathroom. It was surely a very nice stay on an one-week vacation.

The duvet covers on the bed made us very hot! Even turning the heat off in the room did not help. They need to get other covers!!!

Simply no complaints at all, really enjoyable stay. Spotless and well laid out hotel units. - Efficient check-in, efficient check-out. - Free parking and shuttle to the airport. - Conveniently located near the airport.

Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was very nice. Location was great for our needs if a little out of the way.

We used the sofa bed, and when we opened it, it had lots of debris iinthe springs and underneath. It did not look like it had been cleaned in at least a year even though we made it clear that there were three of us in the room.

Bed was comfortable; most of the room was clean; ac/heater fan continues to run instead of going on and off all night

Fake wood doors and paneling are scratched...the place looks a little beat up...doors slam heavily...not up to usual Hampton standards
